Good Afternoon Gryphon Families!

We hope that this letter finds you and your family well. We miss you all and look forward with great anticipation to the time when we can all be safely together again!

Our intent today is to communicate our plans for returns of textbooks and other materials as well as our plans for yearbook distribution.

We greatly appreciate all that you have done to support your children throughout these challenging times.  We have developed a schedule for returning all materials and settling any outstanding debts. In accordance with the CDC’s guidelines for public meetings, we are asking you to wear cloth masks when you come on campus in order to ensure your safety and the safety of others.

Please review the schedule below for grade-level return times.  Staff members will provide additional instructions when students arrive on campus and there will be strict limitations on the number of people permitted in the school buildings at any time.  Grade level teachers will be stationed outside of the buildings to provide guidance, collect materials, and distribute yearbooks.

Materials that need to be returned in order to close out the year and receive your yearbooks include the following:

All textbooks
Library books
Spring sports Uniforms
Chromebooks
All lockers will also need to be cleaned out.

Here is our schedule:

Tuesday, May 19th:  9 am – 2 pm

6th Grade – Please park in the lot adjacent to Adams Hall.  Staff will be located at the outdoor picnic tables to provide guidance and support.
10th Grade – Please park in the lot above the HS gym and enter the building via the glass doors to the Gym lobby.  Staff will be stationed outside to collect materials and provide guidance and support.
Wednesday, May 20th:  9 am – 2 pm

7th Grade – Please park in the lot adjacent to Adams Hall.  Staff will be located at the outdoor picnic tables to provide guidance and support.
11th Grade – Please park in the lot above the HS gym and enter the building via the glass doors to the Gym lobby.  Staff will be stationed outside to collect materials and provide guidance and support.
Thursday, May 21st:  9 am – 2 pm

8th Grade – Please use the parking lot adjacent to Adams Hall and the cafeteria.  Staff will be set up in front of the main MS entrance stairs to provide guidance and support.
9th Grade – Please use the parking lot adjacent to Adams Hall and the cafeteria.  Staff will be located at the outdoor picnic tables to provide guidance and support.

Thursday, May 21st:  5 pm – 7 pm

All grades – Staff will be located at both the HS and MS entrances to provide guidance and support.  Please report to your respective building for instructions on how to proceed.
Friday, May 22nd:  9 am – 2 pm

All grades – Staff will be located at both the HS and MS entrances to provide guidance and support.  Please report to your respective building for instructions on how to proceed.
